Please work problem 10 of the previous homework assignment,
using mapcar and apply but not (as with the earlier assignment),
using prog, progn, loop, global/local variables, etc. , etc.
Assignments should all be placed in a .cl file in your handins
folder with documentation as described for the first assignment.
